Appointments   Recognizing that flexibility in scheduling is important, we offer a broad range of appointment times, including evenings and weekends. To arrange an appointment, please call and leave a message with the therapist of your choice or leave a message in the general office voice mail at extension 0; someone will return your call as soon as possible. If you occasionally need to re-schedule an appointment, we ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice.

Fees and Insurance Coverage   We accept most major insurance carriers and many managed healthcare plans, such as BCBS, MedCost, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, and state administered plans. We encourage you to discuss freely at any time fees and payment options. We will help you understand your insurance coverage and assist you with forms and filing.
